DISTRIBUTION
Unless described below, the SOFTWARE shall not be distributed, published or stored on any media without written permission
from the AUTHOR.
Flex SWF files (hereinafter 'SWF') may be distributed with direct links to the files located in the ajdesigner.com domain. The SWF files shall not be distributed, published or stored
by any other media or server. If the SWF is distributed, you shall accept any updates or modifications made by the AUTHOR. Note, SWF may display ads. If updates, ads or modifications
are not accepted the software shall not be distributed or linked. With the distribution of SWF, in no event shall the AUTHOR shall be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever by the distributor.
MAINTENANCE
The AUTHOR is not obligated to provide maintenance or updates for the SOFTWARE. However, any maintenance or updates
provided by the Author shall be covered by this Agreement.
